M. Kathryn Meng, Esq.

Founder and Managing Partner
Ms. Meng has extensive experience in civil litigation and criminal matters. She is a graduate of Fordham University School of Law and is highly regarded among her clients, the bar, and the bench with an AV preeminent rating from Martin Dale Hubble.

Legal Experience

Ms. Meng has served as a legal aid attorney and was a partner at a midsized firm before branching out into her own practice. Setting up her own firm allowed her to serve more than 30 years of legal expertise to individuals and families in need.

Professional Affiliations

Ms. Meng has served as president of the Nassau County Bar Association and is a past president of the criminal courts bar association and was the first female attorney of the Nassau county legal aide society.

Since 1983, Ms. Meng has been a member of the Character and Fitness Committee for the Second Judicial Department for the admission of new attorneys to the NYS Bar. Here, she helps streamline the process of admission of attorneys to the state board exams.

Jessica L. Reznak Esq.

Partner
Ms. Reznak is a law review graduate of Hofstra University Maurice A. Deane School of Law, where she graduated magna cum laude. She has been practicing law since her admission to the New York State Bar in 2010. In just two years, she was employed in our firm.

Later, in October 2018, she was made partner and our firm changed its name to Meng & Reznak, PC. She has been appointed by the Appellate Division as a Court Examiner in Guardianship matters.
